Job summary

Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to build our recruiting function from the ground up, driving end-to-end hiring for AI/ML, engineering, product, and data science roles in a mission-driven life sciences tech company. You will partner with the Head of People and leadership to shape interview loops, scorecards, and the candidate experience.

Hybrid role in San Francisco, CA, with responsibility to attract top talent, implement scalable processes, and craft an employer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles (AI/ML, engineering, data, product).
• Proven ability to recruit in a high-growth startup environment and build/improve hiring processes.
• Strong sourcing, including direct outreach to passive candidates, and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Experience advising hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy and compensation.
• Familiarity with Rippling Recruiting and Ashby ATS migration or usage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical recruiting across the company (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role scopes and interview plans.
• Develop scalable recruiting infrastructure, KPIs, and structured interview kits.
• Own candidate experience and employer branding to attract top talent.
