Job summary

Nabihealth in San Francisco is seeking an in-person, full-time engineer to help build an AI-native health system. You will integrate our Command Center with the Callie intersession product to enable clinician collaboration and continuous care.

You will design and own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power clinical workflows and agent infrastructure, while improving onboarding tools and scaling infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; this is an in-person role.
• Strong product instincts and ability to ship reliable systems.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver quickly with quality.
• Empathy for patients and clinicians, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic Care by integrating Command Center with intersession product Callie for clinician collaboration.
• Design and own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines powering clinical workflows.
• Develop new patient onboarding tools to streamline intake and setup.
• Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, and observability infrastructure as scale.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ship reliable systems.
