You will collaborate across teams to define product direction, implement secure infrastructure, and deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on reliability and user empathy.

Qualifications

• 1–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Background in computer science or equivalent.
• Proven track record building end-to-end products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to shape product direction and culture.
• Build production-ready AI infrastructure for voice, text, and desktop agents.
• Design and implement HIPAA-compliant backend with high availability.
