Job summary

You will drive cross-functional projects across commercial, operational, and G&A functions, design playbooks, and implement reporting to enable data-driven decisions at scale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing leaders.
- Background in healthcare or AI/tech is highly desirable.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments and fast execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and planning.
- Lead cross-functional strategy and operations projects across functions.
- Build scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, and reporting.
- Conduct market analysis, financial modelling, and competitive research.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer expansion.
- Manage and mentor the Strategy & Operations team.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes.
