The role supports inventory, merchandising and other wellness department operations, with light janitorial duties. In-store training helps you grow wellness expertise and customer care skills.

Qualifications

Passion for health and wellness and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and desire to learn about vitamins, minerals, herbs and sports nutrition.
Ability to stand for long periods with repetitive bending/lifting and work with empathy.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting supplements, vitamins, and wellness solutions.
Maintain knowledge of natural health products through ongoing education and training.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to create a positive shopping experience.
Assist with inventory, receiving, merchandising and other wellness department operations.
Perform light janitorial and housekeeping duties as needed.
