Datadog seeks a seasoned solutions architect for its Startups program. You will run discovery calls with startup CTOs, deliver tailored demos, and drive rapid instrumenting and onboarding.
You’ll also build automation, represent Datadog at founder events in San Francisco, and cultivate relationships across the startup community, acting as a technical evangelist and advisor. Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting in SaaS/cloud.
- Broad fluency across cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern app frameworks.
- Strong presentation and room-commanding skills with CTOs and founders.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls with startup CTOs and engineers to identify quick wins and position Datadog.
- Deliver tailored Datadog demos and accelerate startup instrumenting and onboarding, especially AI/ML observability and scalability.
- Build automation to improve outreach, reporting, applications, and website updates.
- Represent Datadog at startup events, accelerators, and conferences in SF.
- Develop thought leadership content for technical founder audiences and nurture startup ecosystem relationships.
