Job summary

Investigo is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to build and ship AI-powered workflows. You’ll own products from discovery through launch, engaging directly with customers to translate insights into roadmaps.

You'll partner with Design and Engineering to create native desktop and mobile experiences, refine metrics, and iterate rapidly based on user data in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional stakeholder management Product Manager role.

We're looking for a builder. Someone who has personally taken products from idea to launch, thrives in ambiguity, talks directly to customers, and moves quickly from insight to execution.

You'll join a small but high-impact Product organization and help shape the future of AI-powered workflows across voice intelligence, knowledge management, automation, and emerging agentic technologies.

What You’ll Be Working On

• AI-powered voice agents and conversational AI products

• Strong analytical mindset with clear ownership of metrics and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and structured problem‑solving ability
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or developer tools
• Background in SaaS, workflow automation, or productivity products
• Exposure to financial services, consulting, compliance, or enterprise software
