Job summary

icreatives seeks a Founding Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of a rapidly evolving AI-powered SaaS platform used by thousands of organizations.

You will work directly with founders, customers, designers, and engineers to own the product roadmap, translate insights into requirements, and drive initiatives from concept to launch. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment, based in the SF Bay Area with onsite and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building SaaS, B2B, platform, or PLG products.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into decisions.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and leadership.
• Strong communication to influence across functions.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define product strategy and priorities for key areas of the platform
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to bring new ideas to life
• Spend significant time with customers to uncover opportunities, pain points, and unmet needs
• Analyze user behavior, workflows, conversations, and product usage patterns to inform decisions
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Drive product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
• Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision
• Help shape the future direction of a category-defining AI company

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience building SaaS, B2B, platform, or product-led growth (PLG) products
• Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for understanding how users interact with products
• Proven ability to turn customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights into impactful product decisions
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving initiatives forward

This is a 100% onsite/hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be working 6 days a week: M-F onsite, with Sundays WFH.
