Job summary

Voiceops is hiring a founding product designer in New York City (Union Square) for an in-person role. You will own product design from concept through production, collaborating with the CEO, CTO, engineers, and the VP of Customer Engineering to keep the system simple and coherent as it grows.

Expect direct customer contact with 30 to 50 meetings weekly, rapid iteration with Figma and production code, and a strong emphasis on product and systems design, AI-enabled features, and delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped production software.
• Strong in product and systems design, handling complex data models and AI behavior.
• Ability to turn customer problems into clear product direction and production-ready interfaces.
• Experience prototyping quickly with modern tools and iterating based on user feedback.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B software is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Own product design from concept through production and shipping.
• Work directly with CEO, CTO, engineers, and VP of Customer Engineering.
• Engage with customers daily to learn and validate design decisions and impact.
