Job summary

Voiceops is hiring a senior product designer in NYC to own product design from concept through production. You will transform customer needs into clear design decisions, surface essential actions, and ensure the overall system remains simple as features grow.

You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, engineers, and VP of Customer Engineering, meeting 30–50 customer/prospect sessions weekly to iterate quickly and validate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience and shipped production software used by customers.
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product direction.
• Experience collaborating with CEOs, CTOs, engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own product design from concept through production and shipping.
• Turn complex data and workflows into a simple, coherent user experience.
• Maintain daily customer contact to understand needs and validate designs.
