Job summary

QUORE IT : Talent Sourcing & Recruitment is seeking a Founding Security Researcher Lead to architect and own the security research function for an emergent AI agent platform. The role focuses on building detection, telemetry, and response capabilities for enterprise-scale AI agents, working directly with founders and security teams.

You will define security telemetry, create high-assurance detections, and ship production-ready components in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in offensive security, security research, detection engineering, red teaming, or vulnerability research.
• Strongly preferred: security research on AI systems—vulnerabilities in agents, runtimes, LLM apps, or AI infra.
• Must have excellent coding and binary reverse-engineering skills with tools like Ghidra/IDA.
• Comfortable programming in systems languages (e.g., Rust, C/C++, Go).

Responsibilities

• Build the AI Detection & Response Platform: ingest, normalize, and analyze high-volume AI agent activity.
• Develop detections from emerging attack techniques and enable investigations and response actions.
• Create reliable infrastructure across developer environments, CI/CD, cloud, and enterprise deployments.
• Design telemetry models for agent identity, tools, permissions, resources, and actions across workflows.
• Build world-class detections and infrastructure to rapidly deploy and evaluate new detections.
