Job summary

Hedge is seeking a founding SDR in San Francisco to own the early pipeline and drive high-impact, quota-driven results. You will convert a large market of independent insurance agencies into qualified conversations and measurable bound premium.

In this role you will run outbound activity across phone, email, and social channels, research target agencies, and maintain CRM hygiene while collaborating with AEs and brokers to improve conversion. Equity and upside are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Ambitious SDR with high-volume outbound experience.
• Ability to research and prioritize target agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run disciplined, high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
• Research and prioritize agencies whose books fit Hedge's markets.
• Qualify for fit, urgency, decision process, and premium opportunity.
• Book meetings that advance into real submission and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain clean CRM data and replicate effective outbound processes.
• Collaborate with AEs, brokers, and marketing to improve conversion.
