They are hiring a Founding Sales Enablement Lead to build the sales enablement function from the ground up.
This is a true builder role. You'll own the enablement strategy while remaining highly hands-on across onboarding, sales methodology, playbooks, training, content, tooling, and measurement.

Candidates coming from larger technology organizations can be relevant, but meaningful startup experience is important for this position. The company needs someone comfortable building rather than simply operating within an established enablement organization.
Build the function. This is an opportunity to establish sales enablement rather than inherit a mature program. You'll have significant ownership over how the function is designed and scaled.
