Topline Pro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing and Operations from intake to offer. You’ll hire for roles that evolve as needs shift in a fast-moving startup.

You’ll build pipelines for ambiguous roles, source passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to keep searches on track. This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, with four days in the office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including internal recruiting in a high-growth company.
• Proven sourcing skills with ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Experience recruiting for Marketing, Product, and Design as well as technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting - source, engage, and close candidates across the org, including Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.
• Build pipelines for Ambiguous Roles - translate evolving needs into candidate profiles and define what 'right' looks like.
• Drive Proactive Sourcing - reach passive candidates and source beyond inbound applicants.
• Partner with Hiring Managers - lead intake and pipeline reviews, push back when a search needs re-scope.
• Manage Candidate Experience - keep candidates warm and informed in a fast-paced process.
• Report on Pipeline Health - track metrics and flag bottlenecks early.
