Lightfield is reinventing CRM from the ground up, and we’re building an early‑stage team in San Francisco. As a hands-on recruiter, you’ll own recruiting across the company with an immediate focus on scaling our GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery).

You’ll source, screen, and close exceptional candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to move searches quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong experience recruiting GTM and business roles, particularly Sales; experience across Customer Success, Operations, or other business functions is a plus.
• An excellent sourcer who proactively identifies and engages strong candidates.
• A strong communicator who can excite candidates about an early-stage company and help close them in competitive processes.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously without letting candidates or processes fall through the cracks.
• Comfortable with speed and ambiguity in an early-stage startup; priorities shift and roles evolve.
• Autonomous and decisive—operate well as a team of one and iterate fast.
• Motivated by the mission, not just the process.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruiting—end-to-end across the company, focusing on Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.
• Proactively build candidate pipelines rather than rely on inbound.
• Run initial screens and calibrate with hiring managers to identify great fits.
• Implement ATS structure and communication discipline for a lean startup.
• Maintain a crisp, high-velocity candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and optimize search funnels.
