Job summary

Ataraxis AI is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build our in-house talent engine in the United States. You will own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, shaping our early team in a fast-paced clinical AI startup.

You will source creatively, implement interview processes, scorecards, and reporting, and collaborate with outside partners. Prior startup or high-volume tech hiring is a plus; comfort with AI tools and fast decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, in-house at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Experience with high-volume GTM hiring; healthcare or life sciences a plus.
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools; automate where possible.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close.
• Source creatively: competitor mapping, referrals, AI-powered tools.
• Build hiring engine: interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, funnel reporting.
• Manage outside recruiting partners and help shape team growth.
