Job summary

Ataraxis AI is hiring a recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across technical and research roles. You will design interview processes, build scalable scoring, and optimize the candidate experience.

You will also work with external partners to ensure rapid, high-quality hires for a fast-growing team in healthcare AI. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in startups, comfort with technical hiring, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Comfort with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it.
• Track record of high-volume GTM hiring; healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools; automate repetitive work.
• Speed and ownership: move from outreach to signed offer quickly.

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
• Source creatively: competitor mapping, adjacent industries, referrals, and AI-powered tools
• Build the hiring engine, including interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, and funnel and time-to-fill reporting
• Manage outside recruiting partners as needed and help shape how the team grows

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including in-house at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Comfort with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it
• A track record of high-volume GTM hiring (e.g. account executives or field sales); healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences experience is a plus
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools; you automate repetitive work wherever you can
• Speed and ownership: you move from outreach to signed offer quickly without lowering the bar
• Bias for action
