We seek an AI-fluent Founding Technical Recruiter to design and operate these systems, freeing hiring managers to focus on meaningful assessments and authentic candidate relationships.

Reporting to the COO, you will build the talent infrastructure, align with leadership, and continuously improve processes while balancing speed with hiring

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in recruiting or people operations with automation experience.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring automations, agents, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Deep experience with ATS systems and their APIs.
• Ability to translate complex processes into reliable systems with human oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agent and automation workflows for scheduling and communication.
• Own end-to-end toolchain: configure ATS and integrate with calendars and email.
• Evaluate new AI tools and pilot them against hiring needs.
• Build guardrails and escalation paths so humans stay in the loop where needed.
• Monitor interview processes and ensure consistent candidate experience at scale.
• Prepare interviewers with materials and rubrics sourced via tooling.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and create automated reporting dashboards.
