Qualifications

• 3–7 years engineering experience with strong RL fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building RL environments in real data settings.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents in production.
• Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) in production.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript and AWS a plus.
• Experience with iOS/Swift/React Native or startup shipping cadence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality RL environments using proprietary voice and enterprise data.
• Build and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Partner with leadership on technical direction and product roadmap.
• Help lead the engineering function as the team grows.
• Ship quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
