True Talent Solutions Partners is hiring its first engineering hire for an early-stage AI company in San Francisco. You will build reinforcement learning environments and AI agents for enterprise use, working closely with the founders on technical direction and setting the engineering roadmap.

You should have hands-on RL or AI agent development experience, a track record of shipping products at startup pace, and strong TypeScript and AWS skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in reinforcement learning or AI agent development, or 6–12 months in RL environments or data.
• Experience building RL environments and shipping AI agents to production.
• Strong RL fundamentals and daily use of AI-native coding tools.

Responsabilités

• Build high-quality reinforcement learning environments and tasks using enterprise datasets.
• Build and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Partner with founders on technical direction and the engineering roadmap.
• Lead the engineering team as it grows, shipping quickly with quality.
