Job summary

Taxwire is hiring its first recruiter to own how we find, close, and land exceptional people—from sourcing to the offer. You will report to the CEO and partner with hiring managers across engineering, GTM, tax, and operations to scope roles, design interview loops, and optimize the candidate experience.

In this high-growth environment, you’ll build systems from scratch, run persistent outbound to senior talent, and drive the funnel to support rapid scaling while keeping bar high and culture

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting with full-cycle ownership.
• Proven track record closing senior/technical hires.
• Strong written communication and sourcing skills.
• Ability to scope roles and design interview loops.
• Experience building process and systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, GTM, and operations: source, screen, close.
• Run outbound to senior candidates who aren't actively looking.
• Partner with CEO and hiring managers to scope roles and define success.
• Design interview loops and scorecards; calibrate interviewers.
• Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Drive offers, manage compensation conversations, and close.
• Stand up ATS hygiene, sourcing playbooks, and a transparent funnel.
• Maintain high hiring bar while moving fast and aligning with Taxwire.
