PulseRise Technologies is hiring a Founding Recruiter to build full-cycle recruiting from scratch, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across engineering, research, and GTM. This hybrid SF role will own the ATS and hiring processes, managing 10+ parallel searches with direct founder collaboration.

You'll drive salary and equity conversations, explain startup equity clearly, and help shape the talent function as the company scales across the US and Europe with 25+ roles in the next

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Proven ability to close technical and business roles personally.
• Experience managing 10+ live searches across functions simultaneously.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to work hybrid/onsite there.

Responsibilities

• Take over full-cycle recruiting across engineering, research, and go-to-market functions.
• Build the ATS and hiring processes from scratch.
• Personally source candidates weekly across 10+ parallel searches.
• Screen candidates and manage the pipeline end-to-end through to offer.
• Run offer and close conversations, including salary and equity, with founders.
• Explain startup equity clearly and honestly to candidates.
• Turn vague hiring needs into scorecards and structured interview plans.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on strategy and bar-setting.
• Report on funnel metrics and hiring progress.
