Job summary

Leoforce seeks a mid-to-senior Program Director of Radiography to lead the new radiologic science program and ensure accreditation readiness. You will oversee curricula, clinical affiliations, and student evaluation while coordinating with clinical partners and college leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a related field, ARRT certification, and 5+ years radiography experience with 2+ years teaching in a JRCERT program.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in radiologic science or related field is required.
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography and OH radiologic license eligibility required.
  • 5+ years of clinical radiography experience and 2+ years teaching in a JRCERT program.
  • Experience with JRCERT accreditation, self-studies, site visits, and interim reports.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees program structure and daily operation, including curricula development and evaluation.
  • Ensures clinical affiliates/education centers are effective and aligned with standards.
  • Liaises between clinical agencies and the college, maintaining open communication.
  • Maintains student evaluation processes with instructors, managers, and students.
  • Ensures program meets JRCERT standards and maintains ARRT certification.
  • Leads budgeting, faculty hiring, scheduling, and advisory committees.
