Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Radiography Program Director – Instructor/Professor to build a brand-new Radiography program at a Dublin, Ohio campus. The role partners with campus and institutional leadership to design, implement, and accredit the program, with on-site responsibilities and full-time commitments.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in radiologic science, ARRT certification, and substantial imaging and teaching experience.

Qualifications

Earned master's degree in radiologic science or related field.
ARRT certification in Radiography, in good standing.
Minimum 5 years of professional imaging sciences experience.
Minimum 2 years of academic appointment with teaching responsibilities.
Familiarity with JRCERT accreditation processes.
Curriculum development experience.
Familiarity with planning, assessment, and evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty to promote maximum commitment and results.
Maintain high standards of teaching, scholarship, and service.
Lead program initiation efforts, including securing appropriate clinical sites.
Acquire programmatic accreditation.
Complete and administer learning site budget allocations; recruit, hire, and evaluate faculty.
Organize student advising procedures.
Organize faculty teaching loads and class schedules each term.
Develop and maintain collaborations with other colleges and programs for interprofessional educational opportunities.
Provide instruction for courses each term.
Work with the main campus on planning and assessment.
Represent the program in the community at large.
