Job summary

Jobot is seeking a founding Radiography Technology Program Director to launch a new program at a Columbus-area campus. You will lead curriculum development, accreditation readiness, and clinical education partnerships to build a compliant, high-quality radiography program.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification in Radiography, a master's degree in a related field, and 5+ years of radiography experience with 2+ years of teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program. Relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in radiologic science, education, health administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical radiography experience and 2+ years of teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Experience with JRCERT accreditation, self-studies, site visits, and interim reports.
• Experience with program budgeting, faculty hiring, scheduling, academic advising, and advisory committees.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the structure and daily operation of the program, including organizations, administration, periodic review, and evaluation, continued development, and general effectiveness of program curricula.
• Ensure the effectiveness of all clinical affiliates/clinical education centers is maintained.
• Act as a liaison between the clinical agencies and the college maintaining open lines of communication with the Clinical Coordinator.
• Maintain and encourage valid evaluation of each student by clinical instructor, department managers, and students.
• Ensure the program is viable and meets the standards of JRCERT.
• Maintain ARRT certification.
