Job summary

Greylock Partners is looking for an entrepreneurial product and operations builder to own a core capability behind our AI products: collecting high‑quality data from real people. You’ll translate customer needs into study scopes, delivery commitments, budgets, and timelines, and help shape the data‑ops roadmap with engineering.

Initially you’ll run early studies, negotiate with partners, and resolve delivery problems.

Qualifications

• Experience turning customer needs into repeatable data collection workflows.
• Ability to manage data sourcing, partnerships, and study delivery.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, research, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a data-collection operation from initial projects.
• Translate customer needs into scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Shape the product and automation roadmap with engineering.
• Develop supplier partnerships across panels and recruitment partners.
• Negotiate terms and manage delivery economics.
• Run early studies from setup to data delivery, fielding, and quality checks.
• Establish sampling, screening, and validation practices with researchers.
