Qualifications

• Builder’s range: early product leader who also handles ops and strategy.
• Experience shipping product where software and humans run workflows.
• Experience applying AI tools in product work.
• Strong collaboration with engineering to design architectures and data flows.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across product, engineering, ops, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and long-term strategy with a clear near-term roadmap.
• Manage the operator experience: queues, reviews, SLAs, and quality systems.
• Own metrics and feedback loops to drive the automation backlog.
• Lead partnerships, sales, pricing, and investor materials.
• Build and lead the team, culture, and operating model.
