Job summary

GLG seeks a Technical Lead for AI Solutions, shaping how we source and deliver human-data and evaluation work for frontier labs. You will own researcher relationships, drive technical discovery, and design programs that translate pilots into production deals.

You’ll collaborate with a Strategic Project Lead and GM, building the tech promise we present to clients while expanding our field network and pipeline in the AI/ML arena.

Qualifications

• Technical depth with frontier-lab researchers
• Experience designing human-data evaluation or benchmarks
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics, gold sets, sampling and thresholds

Responsibilities

• Own technical conversations with researchers and labs
• Source opportunities through events and field engagement
• Define task, rubric, outputs and difficulty targets for work
• Design panels and calibrations for expert evaluations
• Own QA dialogue and validation methodology
• Convert pilots into production contracts
• Write technical sections of bids and reusable materials
• Align benchmarks and proof with GLG leadership
