We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to turn raw customer signal into sharp product decisions and to own systems connecting customers, engineering, deployment, and go-to-market. You will synthesize feedback, define metrics, and build real-time dashboards to keep the team aligned on priorities and product health.

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy & ops, business operations, or consulting—enterprise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with data and metrics; comfort with technical concepts and product tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own how customer feedback gets captured and synthesize requests into a structured view of demand.
• Define and instrument metrics that show product health from usage to adoption.
• Build dashboards and reporting for real-time product health insights.
• Run recurring product syncs and rituals to drive real product decisions.
• Document the vision, roadmap, and rationale to keep the team aligned.
• Partner with GTM on positioning, assets, demos, and launch readiness.
• Work with deployment strategists to turn field insights into roadmap input.
• Own and rationalize the product tech stack for feedback, analytics, and documentation.
• Establish a prioritization frame weighing vision and customer impact.
