Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Manager in New York to build and support processes and platforms that drive daily operations for the GenAI business unit.

You will translate complex requirements between technical teams and operators, owning the ops–product connection and guiding priority initiatives. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, define success metrics, and drive end-to-end programs from planning through adoption, using SQL and Python to quantify impact and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or delivery operations in high-growth tech
• Strong product sense with ability to prioritize high-leverage initiatives
• Cross-functional operator who can influence Product, Engineering and Ops without direct authority
• Familiarity with GenAI data business, staffing, delivery, and friction points

Responsibilities

• Own Ops <> product connection and surface operators' needs to shape roadmap
• Modernize operations tooling with agents and connect tools with engineering
• Lead high-priority operations initiatives end-to-end from planning to adoption
• Define success metrics with Product and Engineering and track performance
• Be the voice of operators across Product and Engineering with early feature feedback
• Use SQL/Python analytics to quantify impact of operational problems and inform priorities
