Cooper AI, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Founding Product Marketing Manager to translate the product into compelling stories that drive adoption and revenue. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing; building the positioning, enablement, and customer-facing materials that help teams understand and sell Cooper.

This role is scoped from Senior PMM to Lead PMM, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of dedicated product marketing experience for a Senior-level role.
• 5+ years with progressive ownership and leadership experience for a Lead-level role.

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into clear messaging, positioning, and packaging.
• Build sales enablement materials, including product talk tracks, feature descriptions, and guidance for selling our products.
• Own how Cooper’s product shows up externally across the website, product pages, case studies, and other customer-facing materials.
• Develop customer stories and case studies that support both sales and marketing.
• Create product-focused narratives for SDRs and AEs, helping them explain features and value clearly.
• Serve as a bridge between product and go-to-market teams, ensuring product updates and customer needs are communicated effectively.
• Establish and maintain a high bar for product storytelling as Cooper evolves.
