Mintive is hiring to own features end to end across gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments. The role leans backend and infra, with opportunities to build UI when needed and fix connectors during security reviews.

You'll work with Claude and Codex, shaping the problem and architecture, while learning directly from the founders and customers. We hire across levels and value judgment, range, and speed of shipping.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from conception to production.
• Work across gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments.
• Build UI when needed and fix connectors during reviews.
• Hardening enterprise paths and protecting security-sensitive surfaces.
• Shape problems, make architecture, product, and UX calls.
