Cardless is seeking a founding Product Manager in San Francisco to shape the next generation of credit products for consumers and brands. You will build delightful user experiences on a strong financial product foundation while coordinating across disciplines and stakeholders.

You will own multiple complex projects, drive development from concept to launch, and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 4+ years product management experience in fintech, with a track record of building successful products.
• Comfortable in high-stakes discussions with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Interdisciplinary curiosity and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Build delightful consumer experiences and powerful engagement tools for brands on a solid financial product foundation.
• Take nascent projects, flesh them out, and push through development and launch.
• Move from simple to complex and back to simple again, repeatedly.
• Own 2–3 complex projects at a time across different stages, delivering quickly and with high quality.
• Incorporate customer feedback with frequent deployments and iterations.
• Support roadmap, sprint planning, and long-term product vision.
