Job summary

Cardless, Inc. is building a credit card and loyalty platform for consumer businesses. A Product Manager will help power the next generation of credit cards, creating delightful consumer experiences and strong engagement tools for brands on a solid financial foundation.

You’ll work across problem areas and disciplines, advocating for the mission and driving several initiatives from concept to launch in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech or related field.
• Attention to detail with ability to think through problems deeply.
• Effective in high-stakes discussions with stakeholders.
• Interdisciplinary curiosity across fintech topics.

Responsibilities

• Take nascent projects, flesh them out, and drive through development and launch.
• Move from simplicity to informed complexity and back to simplicity.
• Own 2–3 complex projects at different stages and deliver quickly with quality.
• Incorporate customer feedback and deploy multiple times per week.
• Support roadmap, sprint planning, and long-term vision.
