Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a founding Product Manager for a high-growth B2B SaaS company whose software helps developers and security teams manage open source dependencies without slowing shipping. You’ll shape the product strategy, own end-to-end planning, and establish product practices the organization will scale on.

Qualifications

• Experience owning developer-facing, security, or infrastructure products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Track record of hard prioritization and defining product boundaries.
• Technical depth to discuss CI/CD, lockfiles, and build-time regressions.
• Strong customer curiosity to uncover underlying problems.
• Ability to influence engineering, customer engineering, sales, and leadership without formal authority.
• Clear, concise written communication for async work.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritization across commitments, support escalations, reliability work, and greenfield opportunities, and displace competing demands.
• Run customer interviews and early testing to validate problems before builds.
• Translate priorities into requirements, user stories, success criteria, and project plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Engage with technical constraints and cost tradeoffs, including build-time impacts.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of commitments and guide GTM on promises and timelines.
• Document expected benefits and assumptions, track adoption and outcomes, and feed learnings back to planning.
