Job summary

nineDots.io is hiring a founding Product Manager to lead a new personalization product for websites and mobile apps. You’ll drive customer discovery, design the roadmap, and partner with engineering, design, and analytics to ship features that enable revenue growth.

You’ll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to decide what to build first, test ideas, and scale the product in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management with a track record from idea to revenue.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products used by enterprise customers.
• Ability to work directly with end users and adapt direction from feedback.
• Experience at startups with growth, roadmap ownership and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the product from early conversations through launch and growth.
• Speak with enterprise teams to understand current personalization practices.
• Turn problems into a roadmap tied to revenue milestones.
• Define how agents create audiences, generate variants and run experiments.
• Decide where human approval is needed for launches and content.
• Collaborate with engineers on real-time data, caching and delivery.
• Join sales calls and help build pipeline with Customer Success.
