Responsibilities

• Partner with staff, managers, and executives to understand workflows and needs.
• Translate customer conversations into product requirements and priorities.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex processes and data.
• Develop across the full stack—frontend, backend, databases, and integrations.
• Build AI-powered features and automation with business rules and audit trails.
• Troubleshoot data, API, or production issues and validate solutions post-release.
• Measure adoption, UX, efficiency, and business impact of features.
• Own significant product areas independently and raise issues as needed.
