Job summary

Crucibl is seeking a Product Lead to own the roadmap for our AI agent platform, turning client delivery insights into concrete product requirements. You will collaborate with engineering to ship features rapidly and define how our AI agents solve real business problems, building expertise across multiple verticals.

You will work directly with founders and Fortune 500 clients, shaping the product in a fast-growing, equity-rich environment with real revenue and high impact.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in product management with direct business impact.
• End-to-end shipping experience with real roadmaps and outcomes.
• Experience with AI/ML products or data-heavy or enterprise B2B software.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the AI agent platform aligned to real client engagements.
• Translate delivery pain points into concrete product requirements with strategists and clients.
• Partner with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship features rapidly.
• Define AI agent design and how it frames business problems.
• Set success metrics and build fast feedback loops.
• Develop domain depth in verticals like CPG, healthcare, financial services, or industrials.
