You will author the spec, define acceptance tests, and drive a meritocratic process where the written artifact determines what ships, collaborating directly with the founder and a small elite team. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer quality bar across chat, web, extension, mobile and personalization.
• Write locked specs that become the build interface for AI agents.
• Define acceptance tests and the verdict on what ships.
• Direct agents and work beside elite operators in a meritocracy of the written artifact.
• Model three knowledge graphs to guide product decisions and calibrate trust.
