Job summary

HappyRobot is seeking a Founding Product Growth Engineer to own how our product is understood, positioned, and adopted in the market. You will work with the CTO and Head of Product at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives and test what moves buyers and users.

You will shape positioning, run end-to-end launches, identify growth channels, and gather customer insights to inform product and marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or a related role at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-focused company.
• Track record of launching products or features from start to finish, with strong writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams to align on a single message.
• Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution (assets, channel testing, experiments).

Responsibilities

• Positioning & Narrative: Own how we describe our product and why it matters for each audience and ensure consistency across website, launches, and sales conversations.
• Launches: Run product and feature launches end to end with Product and Engineering and enable Sales with narrative and assets on day one.
• Growth & Distribution: Identify and test channels, optimize activation, onboarding, and conversion messaging, run funnel experiments.
• Customer & Market Insight: Talk to users and customers to understand needs, objections, and market dynamics.
