Job summary

Leegle is hiring a Founding Product Engineer to build the AI-native regulatory and product compliance OS for manufacturers and retailers. You will work closely with the engineering team and real users to turn the roadmap into shipped features that deliver measurable value in the legal tech space.

This on-site role is based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office to support a strong in-person culture and collaborative workflow.

Qualifications

• Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or related field.
• Strong product sense with user-centric mindset.
• AI-native approach with frequent use of AI agents.
• Proven track record of shipping software to users.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with TS, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Startup/B2B SaaS experience or LegalTech/RegTech/AI domain knowledge is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform the product roadmap into shipped features with measurable user value.
• Engage directly with users to shape and refine the roadmap.
• Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product evolves.
