Job summary

UiPath in Austin, TX is seeking a senior design leader to own end-to-end vertical experiences, from queue to dashboards. You will work with the PM and customers directly to shape workflows, then build within the product repo to ship quickly.

You will guide how agents learn from experienced practitioners, ensuring the design remains legible and scalable across verticals. This hybrid role requires deep frontend comfort and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent design and product thinking with customer-facing experience.
• 10+ years owning meaningful product areas in high-stakes domains.
• Ability to move from idea to working prototype quickly.
• Comfort with a modern frontend stack and Claude Code fluency possible.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vertical experiences from queue to dashboards.
• Design learning pathways that stay legible to stakeholders.
• Define what belongs in the shared capability vs. vertical-specific.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and platform partners to set direction.
• Deliver working software by contributing code via PRs into the product repo.
• Align design with product metrics and establish baselines.
