Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is seeking a Founding Product Designer to be the first dedicated design hire for a clinician-facing HealthTech product. You’ll shape the look, feel, and interaction design from core flows to the visual identity, and partner with founders and engineers to ship impactful experiences at scale.

You’ll drive brand, onboarding, discovery, and design systems while owning the product direction and strategy in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong B2C / consumer product design experience across mobile or web apps.
• Exceptional visual taste across typography, layout, color, interaction, and craft.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Ability to move quickly, prototype, gather feedback, and ship without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Own design across the product and help shape the visual identity and brand.
• Turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences for users.
• Work directly with users to understand behavior and pain points.
• Take ideas from concepts to shipped experiences.
• Partner with engineers to ensure product quality.
• Build and evolve the design system as the company scales.
• Influence product direction with the founders.
