Job summary

Ease Health is seeking a founding Product Designer to shape the 0-1 experience and ongoing product evolution. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering, and brand teams to ship intuitive capabilities and iterate based on user feedback.

You will design end-to-end experiences for complex workflows in a fast-paced startup, balancing product and brand needs while delivering pixel-perfect assets in Figma and collaborating in EST hours.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B/SaaS products with complex workflows.
• Proven success in launching and scaling new features.
• Ability to rapid prototype: mocks, wireframes, etc.
• Collaborate live in EST time zones (NYC or remote).
• Organized, self-managed and able to move fast.
• Occasionally support design needs for marketing and brand assets.
• Produce pixel-perfect Figma designs at scale.
• English-speaking/fluency.

Responsibilities

• Designs components and features from scratch and refines legacy pieces.
• Act as a researcher and designer to optimize the user experience.
• Translate PRDs into drafts and final designs in production.
