Job summary

Transformcap is seeking a Product Designer to join its pioneering team. You will have ownership over the entire design process, from concepts to launched products, focusing on creating intuitive interfaces for complex workflows in a rapidly growing AI platform within the life sciences industry.

• Experience designing complex digital products, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or regulated environments.

• You can turn ambiguous problems into clear, thoughtful design solutions without extensive direction.
• You work seamlessly with engineers, founders, and stakeholders, and welcome direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end design of core product workflows, from early concepts and user research to high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences.
• Designing intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy workflows.
• Defining and evolving Solstice’s design system, interaction patterns, and visual identity.
• Partnering closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polish.
• Translating customer feedback and data into thoughtful product improvements.
• Designing for trust, clarity, and usability in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
