Runlayer in San Francisco seeks a Founding Product Manager for the Control Plane to own the governance layer for MCPs, skills, plugins, and agents across surfaces.

You will partner with the CPO to translate security and identity requirements into a ranked roadmap and ship iteratively with the engineering team.

This is a rare opportunity to shape enterprise AI governance at a fast-growing company trusted by premier customers.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in product management, incl. 3+ on security, infra, or identity/IAM.
• Founder or early-PM experience; built processes from zero.
• Fluency with the buyer/user split: CISO/IT buyers vs developers.
• Technical depth: read code, proxies, OAuth/identity, audit pipelines.
• Customer obsession: lead discovery calls and name five customers.
• Strong writing; PRDs over slides.
• AI-native governance perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Own the control-plane surface: discovery, visibility, session controls, and agent IAM.
• Run discovery with security/IT buyers and developers; turn signals into a ranked roadmap.
• Prioritize the roadmap and ship with engineers weekly.
