Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team, building the AI agent platform that synthesizes data and operates autonomously inside customers' supply chain workflows. You’ll work with founders, product engineers, ML teams, and design partners to define workflows, strategy, and production agents while the underlying model ecosystem evolves.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Product Manager experience.
• Experience launching AI-native or agent-based products.
• Ability to work with ML/engineering teams and read evaluations.
• Comfort in highly ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong collaboration across product, design, ML, and customers.
• Customer-embedded product development experience is valued.
• Technical depth to discuss system architecture and evaluations.
• First-principles thinking and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities to solve problems.
• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineers and ML teams.
• Rapidly validate ideas with customers and design partners.
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows and execute work.
• Define evaluation systems and quality frameworks for reliability.
• Use data to uncover patterns and answer product questions.
• Evolve the AI product portfolio with model and system architecture understanding.
• Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Socialize work across teams while incorporating feedback.
