Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team. You will help build an agentic platform that synthesizes data and operates autonomously inside customer supply chain workflows, collaborating with founders, engineers, ML teams, and design partners.

You will design workflows, write PRDs, validate ideas with customers, and evolve the product as models and systems change. This 0-to-1 role sits at the frontier of applied AI with real impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience
• Launched AI-native or agent-based products
• Experience with customer-embedded product development

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and AI capabilities
• Write PRDs and collaborate with engineers and ML teams
• Prototype ideas with customers and design partners
• Design agent systems that orchestrate tools and maintain context
• Define evaluation systems and improve reliability and performance
