Qualifications

• 5+ years building production infrastructure at scale and owning platform components.
• Experience scaling early-stage startups to high availability and reliability.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript production code.
• Strong understanding of SOC 2, HIPAA, and security controls.
• Familiarity with cloud cost management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Scale infrastructure that runs audits on clinical notes across millions of criteria daily.
• Define infrastructure patterns to reduce latency, improve reliability, and optimize cost.
• Improve developer productivity with CI/CD and testing environments.
• Improve observability and track reliability metrics across services and AI pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure and developer tooling spend.
• Steward security posture (SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Consolidate SSO, identity, device management, and access controls.
