Job summary

Hone Health is launching Hone Black, seeking a Founding Physician to lead a physician-led, concierge longevity care platform. You will design care models, physician workflows, and diagnostic strategies while delivering exceptional longitudinal care to a selective member panel.

The ideal candidate holds an active US medical license, board certification in a relevant specialty, and 7+ years in lifestyle/preventive/functional/integrative/concierge longevity medicine.

Qualifications

• Commitment to preventive, longevity-focused medicine.
• Ability to translate biomarker data into personalized care.
• Experience collaborating with operations and executive teams.
• Active US medical license with CA/NY preferred; multi-state licensure supported.

Responsibilities

• Deliver longitudinal concierge care to an engaged member panel (~70% of time).
• Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearables to tailor treatment plans.
• Partner with members to optimize health, performance, and longevity with ongoing follow-up.
• Translate complex medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for patients.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Help design clinical care pathways and physician workflows with the CMO.
• Develop scalable treatment protocols and diagnostic frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging diagnostics, wearables, and longevity technologies.
• Define care delivery boundaries and coordinate with external specialists.
• Shape the digital treatment plan and physician experience; support AI-assisted decisions.
• Serve as a thought leader, spokesperson, and recruiter/mentor for future physicians.
